This Project demonstrates the solutions related to annual floods in Kasese which are brought up by the river that is well known for flooding and has destroyed peoples property and taken lives of people in the region. It demonstrates fish pond as detention basins which reduce the pressure of fast flowing water hence reducing the volume of water in the river. it also shows the use flood barriers and afforestation as ways of reducing excess water and using it for sustainable purposes
